Avocado AI learning pathways

Avocado AI helps teams build AI capability that actually sticks. We are educators, not consultants. That means we do not just “do AI to you”, we upskill your people so they can contribute meaningfully to any AI project, improve day to day work, and make smarter decisions about what is worth building.

AI adoption is 10% tool, 90% people. So we focus on the 90%: practical habits, shared language, and safe ways of working that reduce risk and increase real-world impact.

For leaders who need clarity and confidence: how to lead visible adoption, set sensible guardrails, choose use cases, and create the conditions for safe experimentation and behaviour change.

A 12-week, facilitator-led programme (1 hour per week) to build practical skill fast, using your real workflows. Teams learn strong prompting, safe use, and then move into building reusable tools like Custom GPTs and lightweight automations, with a shared use case log to keep momentum.

For continuous learning and scale: self-paced lessons and micro-learning, plus community support, webinars, and weekly calls. Ideal for individual upskilling, onboarding, or keeping capability growing between live sessions.
