Introduction

Agentic Intelligence 2026 Limited (“Agentic Intelligence”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a New Zealand company that builds and scales AI-native ventures. This notice explains how we handle personal information about visitors to our website at agenticintelligence.co.nz (the “Website”), and about people who contact us or provide their details to us — for example to receive updates or marketing communications.

It does not cover the individual product ventures we build (such as Adiso, Workable, TakeoffQS and others). Each of those operates its own platform and publishes its own privacy policy, which governs the personal information that product handles.

We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (“the Act”). This notice does not limit or exclude any of your rights under the Act. For more information about the Act, see privacy.org.nz.

Information we collect

We collect personal information in two ways:

• Information you give us. When you contact us or provide your details — for example by emailing us, submitting an enquiry, or signing up to hear from us — we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and anything else you choose to include.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit this website we automatically collect certain technical and usage information through cookies and analytics tools, including your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at and moved through the site.

How we use personal information

We use the personal information we collect to:

• respond to your enquiries and provide the information you request;
• store your contact details and send you marketing communications — such as updates about our ventures, products, and services — where you have provided your details to us. You can opt out at any time (see “Marketing and your choices” below);
• operate, maintain, analyse and improve this website;
• understand how visitors use the site, in aggregate, so we can make it more useful; and

We rely on the following bases for handling your information: your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies and for marketing communications); our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Website and responding to your enquiry; and compliance with our legal obligations.

Marketing and your choices

You can ask us to stop at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us at privacy@agenticintelligence.co.nz — and we will action your request promptly.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager), to operate the site and to understand how it is used in aggregate so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.

Disclosing personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it only where necessary to:

• trusted service providers who host, support or secure this website and help us operate our business — for example our website host (Cloudflare) and analytics provider (Google) — under confidentiality obligations, and only so they can perform those services for us;
• regulators, law enforcement, or courts where required or permitted by law;
• a successor organisation in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, under confidentiality terms and consistent with this notice; and
• any other person you expressly authorise.

Where personal information is disclosed to service providers located outside New Zealand, we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers are subject to privacy obligations comparable to those under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Storage, security and retention

We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure and to protect it from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access, including encryption of data in transit and access controls. No system is entirely secure, but we take all reasonable precautions. We retain personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymise it.

Accessing and correcting your information

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if it is wrong. To make a request, email us at privacy@agenticintelligence.co.nz. We may need to verify your identity before we respond, and we will do so within a reasonable timeframe.

Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content — including our product ventures. This notice does not apply to those third-party properties, which are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and version at the top of this page.
